Gardner Village

A few nights back Rob and Susie invited us to go to Gardner Village to see the great Halloween decorations. We had a lot of fun walking around, looking at the children (and adults) dressed up, and being with our daughter and her family.

SLCC Car Show

Here are some pictures from the SLCC car show. Neal was in charge of putting this together. It was a successful turn out with at least one car from each decade. It was a fun walk down memory lane

Distinguished Alumni

Yesterday Neal was recognized by the Alumni Association of SLCC.  After nearly 50 years with the college it is a well deserved honor.  Neal always strives to better the Auto Collision Program at the college and he works hard as a professor and mentor to not only his students at the college but also  the professionals he educates in the industry.  I am very excited for him.  This recognition was well deserved.  Congratulations.

Wheeler Farm

Yesterday we took the kids to Wheeler Farm. They fed the ducks and geese, saw the horses, cows, chickens, pigs, and sheep. Ella fell of the sadle(not on a horse) and got a "Huge" ouch. It was so bad only a bandaid would fix it. Austin had a melt down because he didn't want his picture taken by the big wagon wheel, and Mikala slept up until right before we left. She woke up just in time to have her picture taken. Then we went to McDonalds for Hot Fudge Sundaes. All in all it was a lot of fun.
